Question 1

What kind of outsourcing does MAPP take?

Accepted Answer

We take a whole product or a monthly pod. We don’t take hour-sliced tasks with nobody owning the output.

Question 2

How do you price?

Accepted Answer

After there is a scope. Fixed work is estimated by the slices we hand over. A monthly pod is priced by seats and roles. We don’t list a rate card because two similar-looking problems can diverge sharply.

Question 3

How soon is there something to click?

Accepted Answer

For a marketing site or a single booking module, usually 2–4 weeks after scope and content are fixed. A multi-role operating system takes longer and is cut into slices you can review.

Question 4

Who owns the source?

Accepted Answer

You do. The Git repo, server accounts, domain, and customer data are in your name or transferred at acceptance.

Question 5

Which language is the default?

Accepted Answer

Vietnamese. Opening mapp.vn shows Vietnamese, regardless of the browser language. English lives under /en. Another language is a translation and a layout check, not a rebuild.

Question 6

Is the VMountains demo the real website?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The demo page embeds the test website at vmountains.mapp.vn. Admin opens the operations app at admin-vmountains.mapp.vn. The site selling trips to guests is vmountains.com. The Viễn Đông build on mapp.vn is still a practice environment with sample data, and it does not write to a real hotel order.

Question 7

What do you build with?

Accepted Answer

Current Next.js, React, TypeScript, deployed with Docker behind nginx. We pick something else when the job demands it — a field app that needs native, for example — and we say why first.

Question 8

Remote or on site?

Accepted Answer

Remote, on a two-week rhythm, with a standing call. In person in Ho Chi Minh City when we need to look at the same operating screen.
