A site sells when seats, orders, and status exist behind it

A brochure page builds trust. An order only moves when something records what the customer just did: a trek request, a flower order, a voucher, or a project enquiry.
Three layers that belong together
- The front: content, price, and a call to action that fits the industry.
- The customer path: a form, a cart, a code, or a schedule.
- A queue for the operator, outside someone’s personal inbox.
For a trek, that queue is seats and trip status. For flowers, it is the delivery order. For a Zalo engagement product, it is vouchers and return visits. Without the third layer, the website is a catalogue.
